Store away all personal hygiene items, including toothbrushes, toiletries, soap, and razors. Hide trash cans throughout the home. Remove magnets, notes, and papers from the refrigerator. Put away pet items, food bowls, litter boxes, and children's toys. Remove or minimize personal and family photographs.
